Terms and Conditions of Use of Services at LiveSlots-X

General2

1.1. These Terms and Conditions (“T&C” or “Agreement”) apply to the usage by You of the Games (as defined below), the related enabling internet, mobile or other platforms through the https://liveslots-x.com, (“Website”) and other related URLs.

1.2. The Website and the Games are offered by LiveSlots-X.

1.3. LiveSlots-X in these T&C refers to Trantor Capital N.V., a company incorporated in Curaçao, registration number 143732, having its registered office being at E-Commerce Park Vredenberg, Abraham de Veerstraat 7, Curaçao.

1.4. These T&C constitute a binding agreement between You and LiveSlots-X.

1.5. LiveSlots-X is licensed and regulated in Curaçao under license no 365/JAZ Sub-License GLH-OCCHKTW0708012018 (issued on 01st August 2018).

1.6. These T&C come into force as soon as You click on the “Continue” button, by doing so You signify to LiveSlots-X that You have read these T&C and accept them. By using any part of the Website thereafter You signify that You agree with these T&C.

1.7. You must read these T&C carefully in their entirety before clicking on the “Continue” button. If You do not agree with any provision of these T&C You must not use or continue to use the Website.

1.8. You fully understand and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions contained herein and as may be amended by LiveSlots-X from time to time.

1.9. LiveSlots-X reserves the right to modify these T&C and, thus, to amend this agreement between You and LiveSlots-X at any time with or without notice.

1.10. Such amendments will become effective immediately upon being posted on liveslots-x.com. It is Your sole responsibility to review this Agreement, together with the specific Rules for each Game You choose to participate in, in order to remain updated with all amendments each time You play. You can easily identify whether these T&C have changed by referring to the version number and the date of the current T&C stated on this page.

1.11. Rules and explanations for participating in any of LiveSlots-X ‘s Games, maintaining your account with LiveSlots-X and other important information is provided in separate links on the Website and are incorporated into these T&C by reference.

1.12. Any reference to LiveSlots-X ‘s Games in this agreement shall refer to Casino, Live Casino and other Games as may from time to time become available on the Website. LiveSlots-X reserves the right to add and remove Games from the Website at its own discretion. LiveSlots-X further reserves the right to refuse and/or limit bets and/or wagers.

1.13. These T&C are published in a number of languages for information purposes and ease of access by players. It is only the English version that is the legal basis of the relationship between You and LiveSlots-X and in case of any discrepancy between a non-English version and the English version of these T&C, the English version shall prevail.

Your member account

2.1. Registration and opening of Your member account:

2.1.1. In order to participate in any of LiveSlots-X ‘s Games for real money, You must first register with LiveSlots-X, open an account (“Member Account”) and place money into Your Member Account in the way stipulated on the website.

2.1.2. LiveSlots-X has the right to appoint third parties payment services to act, receive, process and/or pay funds on behalf of LiveSlots-X, and to change said payment service providers, to add, change and remove payment methods offered to You at LiveSlots-X website at the sole discretion of LiveSlots-X.

2.1.3. If you open or attempt to open more than one account, for whatever reason, LiveSlots-X may block or close any or all of your accounts at its discretion. Should LiveSlots-X decide to leave one account open, it will be the first account that you opened with LiveSlots-X based on the registration date associated with that account, to which your remaining deposits, if any, will be transferred. LiveSlots-X will deduct an administrative fee of EUR 50 for every account you opened which require consolidation, as well as any other deductions that may apply in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

2.1.4. If You notice that You have more than one Member Account under different names, You must notify LiveSlots-X immediately.

2.1.5. A request to open a Member Account is made by filling out the registration form and submitting it to LiveSlots-X online. LiveSlots-X reserves the right to refuse to open a Member Account.

2.1.6. You must enter all mandatory information requested into Your registration form, including, but not limited to, Your identity, Your address and contact details, a valid e-mail address. All information supplied to LiveSlots-X must be true and correct. It is Your sole responsibility to ensure that the information You provide is true, complete and correct and You hereby decorate and warrant to LiveSlots-X that the information provided is true, complete and correct. You are hereby notified that LiveSlots-X carries out verification procedures, whether itself or through third parties on players depositing or withdrawing money. You may be requested to provide LiveSlots-X with documents, such as a copy of the passport, utility bills or credit card. Your Member Account may be blocked or closed and/or the funds on Your Member Account may be withheld if You do not provide requested information or documents or if such information or documents you supply is/are found false or misleading. You shall keep the information up-to-date and immediately notify us of any change to the information provided during registration.

2.1.7. As part of the registration process You will have to choose Your email and password for Your login into the Website. It is Your sole and exclusive responsibility to ensure that Your login details are kept securely. You must not disclose Your login details to anyone. LiveSlots-X is not responsible for any abuse or misuse of Your Member Account by third parties due to Your disclosure, whether intentional or accidental, whether active or passive, of Your login details to any third party.

2.1.8. You are not allowed to transfer funds from Your Member Account to other players or to receive money from other players into Your Member Account.

2.1.9. You are not allowed to register if you are resident of Australia, Bangladesh, Denmark, Spain, China, Hong Kong, The Netherlands, The Netherland Antilles, Turkey, The United Kingdom, Thailand, Vietnam or the U.S.

2.2. Terms and Conditions of Use of Services of LiveSlots-X

2.2.1. You may participate in any Game only if You have sufficient funds on Your Member Account for such participation.

2.2.2. All information required to deposit funds into Your Member Account, can be found under “My Account” page of the Website. You can use any of the methods available to You as specified in these pages as they may be amended from time to time. Please note that some of the methods may not be available in some countries.

2.2.3. Depending on the method selected, deposits can incur charges. For current fees regarding depositing funds, see “My Account” for each deposit method. Your bank may independently charge You for bank wire transfers and other methods of payment.

2.2.4. We accept payments made in EUR, USD, GBP, AUD, CHF, JPY, CNY, RUB and TRY. The availability of currencies vary depending on the particular payment method and market.

2.2.5. When using a credit or debit card for depositing funds, Your funds only clear when LiveSlots-X has received an approval and authorization code. Should LiveSlots-X not receive such authorization Your account will not be credited with those funds.

2.2.6. LiveSlots-X reserves the right to use additional procedures and means to verify Your identity when effecting deposits into and withdrawals from Your Member Account.

2.2.7. LiveSlots-X does not grant any credit for the use of any games, promotions or other services offered on the website.

2.2.8. No balances in Your Member Account will bear any interest. You shall only deposit funds into Your Member Account with the intention to use those funds to participate in the Games and you shall not use LiveSlots-X as a financial institution.

2.2.9. Dormant & Inactive Accounts

2.2.9.1. An inactive account is an account that has not been accessed for 12 months. A dormant account is an account that has not been accessed for 24 Months. LiveSlots-X will contact any player whose account containing real money has become inactive. If, after 12 months since last login, LiveSlots-X are unable to contact you, EUR 5 per month will be charged from your account as administrative fees while using reasonable efforts to contact you. Once your account becomes dormant and LiveSlots-X have been unable to contact you, your account will be closed and your remaining account balance will be removed.

2.2.9.2. If, after LiveSlots-X have begun charging your account with the Administrative Fee, and before your account becomes dormant, you start playing on your account, LiveSlots-X will refund to your account and the administrative fees charged.

2.2.10 LiveSlots-X reserves the right to use the payment company, LiveSlots-X, to process certain types of transaction. LiveSlots-X is a registered company in Curacao which is operating under the license of its parent company, FairGame G.P. N.V... More information can be found in About Us.

2.3. Payouts

2.3.0. When cheating with bonuses on the first deposit such as Playson games (where the scale is filled with wild),winnings are not paid and the same is not returned to the deposit, the account is blocked without recovery.

2.3.1. When the outcome of a Game You participate in becomes determined, subject to these Terms and Conditions, the winnings will be available to You in Your Member Account.

2.3.2. If LiveSlots-X mistakenly credits Your Member Account with winnings that do not belong to You, whether due to a technical or human error or otherwise, the amount will remain property of LiveSlots-X and the amount will be transferred from Your Member Account. If, prior to LiveSlots-X becoming aware of the error, You have withdrawn funds that do not belong to You or used them to play games, without prejudice to other remedies and actions that may be available at law, the mistakenly paid amount will constitute a debt owed by You to LiveSlots-X. In the event of an incorrect crediting, You are obliged to notify LiveSlots-X immediately by email.

2.3.3. LiveSlots-X will carry out additional verification procedures for any payout exceeding the equivalent of EUR 500 and also reserves the right to carry out such verification procedures in case of lower payouts.

2.3.4. No use of vpn, proxi, tor, hosting - no winnings from bonuses!

2.4. Withdrawals from Your Member Account

2.4.0 To withdraw funds from the Casino without Commission, you need to make bets exceeding the Deposit (s) at least 3 (three) times from the moment of zero balance of the gaming account. If this is not done, the withdrawal fee will be 10%

2.4.1. Notices for withdrawals must be made via the Website. LiveSlots-X will not accept withdrawal demands made by telephone or by electronic mail. Employees of LiveSlots-X are not permitted to bypass these instructions.

2.4.2 As a player, you can withdraw all your funds at any time from the Website, but LiveSlots-X reserves the right to limit the withdrawal amount to a maximum of $ 1,000 per day, $ 1,000 per week, and $ 4,000 per calendar month, unless a larger withdrawal amount has been previously agreed. The minimum withdrawal amount depends on the selected method of performing this operation, and is located in the Account. Also, if you submit three or more requests per day, you will be charged a Commission of 10% of the withdrawal amount of your LiveSlots-x Account balance. You need to withdraw money after a valid notification from LiveSlots-X on The Website about the withdrawal of the amount from Your account.

2.4.3. LiveSlots-X offers a wide range of withdrawal methods. Withdrawals can incur charges depending on the method selected. For the current fees for withdrawals, see “My Account” for the different methods. In addition, Your own bank may add further handling charges. These charges may vary over time.

2.4.4. LiveSlots-X reserves the right to credit You back using the same method as You have previously deposited with.

2.4.5. LiveSlots-X may request identification documents for all withdrawals.

2.4.6. You agree that the funds deposited in Your Member Account must only be used for playing the Games. The Operator reserves the right to charge an administrative fee of EUR 15 should you request a withdrawal without a Member Account turnover that is equal or more than the amount of funds deposited.

2.5. Closing Your Member Account

2.5.1. You may close Your account at any time and LiveSlots-X will return to You any and all funds from Your Member Account subject to the deduction of relevant withdrawal charges. To close Your Member Account You should contact customer support in written form. The effective closure of the Account will correspond to the termination of the T&C. In case the reason behind the closure of the Account is related to concerns about possible gambling addiction the Member shall indicate it.

2.5.2. The method of repayment will be at our absolute discretion.

2.5.3. LiveSlots-X reserves the right to close Your Member Account and to refund to You the real money balance present in Your account, subject to the deduction of relevant withdrawal charges, at LiveSlots-X‘s absolute discretion and without any obligation to state a reason or give prior notice.

2.5.4. If You do not log onto Your Member Account via the internet, using Your “Email” and “Password” for a period of one (1) year, all balances may be removed from Your account after a notification has been sent to the registered e-mail address.

2.5.5. LiveSlots-X reserves the right to withhold and remove any bonuses awarded to you if such bonuses have not been used within 3 months from the date when they were awarded.

2.5.6. Bonus availability and usability may apply for certain markets. If a particular bonus is claimed from one of these markets, LiveSlots-X reserves the right to void any winnings associated with that bonus. The restrictions may change from time to time at the discretion of LiveSlots-X . LiveSlots-X Loyalty Program

3.1. LiveSlots-X reserves the right to change the T&Cs and rules for the LiveSlots-X Loyalty Program at any time, e.g. change the parameters for calculations of Points. If LiveSlots-X suspects that You are engaged in illegal or fraudulent activities when using the Loyalty Program or in breach with LiveSlots-X‘s T&Cs, LiveSlots-X may freeze or terminate Your Member Account and/or a related account (e.g. a referred friend) at LiveSlots-X‘s absolute discretion.

3.2. You are automatically a member of the LiveSlots-X’s Loyalty Program. You will earn Points when playing for real money, crediting your account or even logging in.

3.3. Gaming at LiveSlots-X for real money is the premium way to earn Points.

3.4. You can start using earned Points instantly.

3.5. Earned Points can be exchanged for real money, free spins and bonuses in your Store.

3.6. Earned Points are valid for 120 days after the date they become available.

3.7. The Points are personal and cannot be given to someone else.

3.8. The Points will be updated instantly.

LiveSlots-X VIP Program

4.1. LiveSlots-X reserves the right to change the T&Cs and rules for the LiveSlots-X VIP Program at any time, e.g. change the parameters for calculations of Points. If LiveSlots-X suspects that You are engaged in illegal or fraudulent activities when using the VIP Program or in breach with LiveSlots-X‘s T&Cs, LiveSlots-X may freeze or terminate Your Member Account and/or a related account (e.g. a referred friend) at LiveSlots-X‘s absolute discretion.

4.2. A VIP calendar month runs from the 1st to the last day of each month.

4.3. All earned Points in one calendar month will determine your VIP level the next month.

4.4. Earned Points are valid for 3 years after the date they become available.

4.5. The level of your VIP status is updated on the 1st day of each month and is valid until the last day of the same month. If for some reason you can’t play for a while, your VIP level will remain unchanged for up to 2 VIP calendar months.

4.6. VIP customers will receive a monthly cashback based on their VIP level.

4.7. The monthly VIP cashback is credited on the 15th day of each month.

4.8. Cashback definition = Deposits – (withdrawals + bonus cost + account balance).

4.9. Cashback is credited from a minimum amount of 10.00$€ or 700 RUB.

Your obligations as a player

5.1. You hereby declare and warrant that:

5.1.1. You are over 18 years of age or such higher minimum legal age as stipulated in the laws of jurisdiction applicable to You and, under the laws applicable to You, You are allowed to participate in the Games offered on the Website.

5.1.2. You will use this Website and your Member Account solely and exclusively for the purpose of Your genuine participating in the Games and not for any financial or other operations. 5.1.6. You are solely responsible for reporting and accounting for any taxes applicable to You under relevant laws for any winnings that You receive from LiveSlots-X;

5.1.7. All money that You deposit into Your Member Account are not tainted with any illegality and, in particular, do not originate from any illegal activity or source;

5.1.8. You understand that by participating in the Games You take the risk of losing money deposited into Your Member Account;

5.1.9. You shall not be involved in any fraudulent, collusive, fixing or other unlawful activity in relation to Your or third parties’ participation in any of the Games and shall not use any software-assisted methods or techniques or hardware devices for Your participation in any of the Games. LiveSlots-X hereby reserves the right to invalidate or close Your Member Account or invalidate Your participation in a Game in the event of such behavior;

5.1.10. In relation to deposits and withdrawals of funds into and from Your Member Account, You shall only use financial instruments that are valid and lawfully belong to You.

5.1.11. The computer software that we make available to You is owned by LiveSlots-X or other third Parties and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may only use the software for Your own personal, recreational uses in accordance with all rules, terms and conditions hereby established and in accordance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations.

5.1.12. Games played on the Website should be played in the same manner as similar games would be played in any other setting. You shall be courteous to other players and representatives of LiveSlots-X and shall avoid rude or obscene comments, including in chat rooms.

Responsible gaming

6.1. You may at Your discretion choose to exclude Yourself from playing any Games on the Website. In order to block Your access to the Games You must go to the “My Account” section and select Responsible Gaming.

6.2. When setting up Your Member Account You may also choose to impose a ceiling on the maximum losses You may make. 3rd party game providers

7.1. LiveSlots-X is powered by game providers such as Microgaming and Nettent. LiveSlots-X is not liable for disputes relating to game play through third party game providers as they are under their own gaming license and are vested with game play responsibilities of their own.

8.1. You hereby acknowledge and consent to LiveSlots-X processing Your personal data for the purposes of allowing You access and use the Website and in order to allow You to participate in Games and to provide ancillary services to You.

8.9. In the processing of Your Member Account and associated transactions, LiveSlots-X may have recourse to credit rating agencies, fraud detection agencies, anti-money laundering agencies. You hereby consent to such disclosures.

8.10. 9.1. If You have a complaint, You can:

Miscarried and aborted games

10.1 LiveSlots-X is not liable for any downtime, server disruptions, lagging, or any technical or political disturbance to the game play. Refunds may be given solely at the discretion of the management.

10.2. LiveSlots-X shall accept no liability for any damages or losses which are deemed or alleged to have arisen out of or in connection with website or its content; including without limitation, delays or interruptions in operation or transmission, loss or corruption of data, communication or lines failure, any person’s misuse of the site or its content or any errors or omissions in content.

10.3. In the event of a casino system malfunction all wagers are void.

10.4. In the event a game is started but miscarries because of a failure of the system, LiveSlots-X shall refund the amount wagered as well as any accrued credit in the game to You by crediting it to Your Member Account or, if the account no longer exists, by paying it to You in an approved manner.

Limitation of liability

11.1. You enter the Website and participate in the Games at Your own risk. The Websites and the Games are provided without any warranty whatsoever, whether express or implied.

11.2. Without prejudice to the generality of the preceding provision, LiveSlots-X, its directors, employees, partners, service providers:

11.3. You hereby agree to fully indemnify and hold harmless LiveSlots-X, its directors, employees, partners, and service providers for any cost, expense, loss, damages, claims and liabilities howsoever caused that may arise in relation to Your use of the Website or participation in the Games.

Anti-money laundering reporting

12.1. LiveSlots-X shall report any suspicious transaction to the relevant competent authorities.

12.2. If You become aware of any suspicious activity relating to any of the Games of the Website, You must report this to LiveSlots-X immediately.

12.3. LiveSlots-X may suspend, block or close Your Member Account and withhold funds if requested to do so in accordance with the terms of use of the applicable gaming license.

Breaches, penalties and termination

13.1. If You breach any provision of these T&C or LiveSlots-X has a reasonable ground to suspect that You have breached them, LiveSlots-X reserves the right not to open, suspend, close Your Member Account, withhold any money in your account (including the deposit) and apply such funds on account of any damages due by You.

13.2. If LiveSlots-X suspects that You are engaged in illegal or fraudulent activities when using the Website; or that you are in in breach of this Agreement; or that You are having problems with creditors; or that you in any way act in a way which is detrimental to our business, we may freeze or terminate Your account and/or cancel any wagers at our absolute discretion.

13.3. You acknowledge that LiveSlots-X shall be the final decision-maker of whether You have violated LiveSlots-X‘s rules, terms or conditions in a manner that results in LiveSlots-X‘s suspension or permanent barring from participation in our site.

Withdrawals

14.1. Your cash balance may be withdrawn at any time. The minimum withdrawal request is 25€. Withdrawals may be requested via the following options on the Withdrawals page.

Note: Registration information must be the same as the billing information provided to our payables department. Any inconsistencies will result in a delay in receiving your money.

14.2. Only one withdrawal request may be made in any withdrawal period. Withdrawal requests are approved by liveslots-x.com on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursday and Fridays between the opening times of the Payables Department – requests need to be submitted by 12 midnight CET the night before.

14.3. Withdrawal requests over 1,000€ are subject to management approval and require 1-2 additional days for processing.

14.4. Only one withdrawal request can be sent during a withdrawal period. If several requests are sent, only the first one will be treated and any other request will be cancelled. Any bonus deleted because of a withdrawal request cancellation cannot be returned.

Intellectual property

15.1. Macoun Commerce LP is the sole owner of the trademark LiveSlots-X and the LiveSlots-X logo. Any unauthorized use of said trademark or logo may result in prosecution to the fullest extent of the law.

15.2. liveslots -x.com is the uniform resource locator of LiveSlots-X and no unauthorized use may be made of this URL on another website or digital platform without our prior written consent.

15.3. LiveSlots-X is the owner or the rightful licensee of the rights to the technology, software and business systems used within this Website.

15.4. The contents and structure of LiveSlots-X‘s Website pages are subject to copyright © and database right in the name of LiveSlots-X. All rights reserved. The copyright in this Website including all text, graphics, code, files and links belongs to LiveSlots-X and the site may not be reproduced, transmitted or stored in whole or in part without our written consent. Your registration and use of our system does therefore not confer any rights whatsoever to the intellectual property contained in our system.

15.5. Links to the Website and any of the pages therein may not be included in any other website without the prior written consent of LiveSlots-X.

15.6. You agree not to use any automatic or manual device to monitor LiveSlots-X web pages or any content therein. Any unauthorized use or reproduction may be prosecuted.

Severability

16.1. If any provision of these T&C is held to be illegal or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed from these T&C and all other provisions shall remain in force unaffected by such severance.

Assignment

17.1. LiveSlots-X reserves the right to assign or otherwise lawfully transfer this Agreement. You shall not assign or otherwise transfer this Agreement.

Entire Agreement and Admissibility

18.1. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between You and LiveSlots-X with respect to this Website and supersedes all prior communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between You and LiveSlots-X with respect to this Website.

18.2. A printed version of this agreement and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this agreement to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form.
